यह समाज में चर्चित ज्वलन्त मुद्दा है, भारतीय संस्कृति के ठेकेदार आये दिन लड़कियों के पहनावे पर सवाल उठाते रहते हैं।घर की महिलाएं क्या पहनें इसको पहले से ही निर्धारित कर चुके हैं। आइये जानते हैं कि लड़कियां छोटे कपड़े या जींस क्यों पहनती हैं।
हर किसी का ये सपना होता है कि वह अपनी खूबसूरती को सबके सामने दिखा सके, फिर चाहे वो कोई पुरूष हो या महिला; ठीक ठाक बाडी वाले पुरूष अक्सर टीशर्ट पहनते हैं ताकि लोग उनका मजबूत सुडौल हाथ और कंधा देख सकें। इसी प्रकार लड़कियों के मन में भी ये उत्सुकता होती है कि वो खुद को इस प्रकार दिखायें ताकि लोग आकर्षित हों, और उनकी खूबसूरती को देख सकें।इसी वजह से लड़कियां छोटे कपड़े पहनती हैं; इसमें कोई बुराई वाली बात नहीं है।
दूसरी वजह ये है कि ये छोटे कपड़े बहुत आरामदायक होते हैं, खासकर गर्मियों में इन कपड़ों को पहनकर महिलाएं अपने आपको हल्का और स्वतंत्र महसूस करती हैं। साड़ी, सूट और बुर्का पहनकर रहना बहुत मुश्किल है क्योंकि ये कपड़े पूरे शरीर को ढक लेते हैं; जिससे चलने फिरने, घूमने में असुविधा होती है। संस्कृति,परम्परा और इज्जत का नाम देकर महिलाओं की आजादी छीनकर उनका शोषण किया जाता है।
तीसरी वजह ये है कि अब हर पल दुनिया में बदलाव हो रहा है,जब से शोशल मीडिया जैसे फेसबुक, व्हाट्स अप, यूट्यूब, टिकटाक, इंस्टाग्राम का चलन बढ़ा है तभी से ये जागरूकता दुनिया के हर कोने तक पहुंच सका है। ध्यान रखिए दुनिया हमेशा एक ही पहनावे, रहन-सहन, खान-पान नहीं हो सकता है हमेशा कुछ न कुछ बदलाव और नयापन आना स्वाभाविक है। यह ठीक उसी प्रकार है जैसे स्मार्ट फोन में हर महीने नये नये फीचर अपडेट होते हैं, इतना ही नहीं हर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण और गैजेट का माडल आये दिन अपडेट होता रहता है। ठीक इसी प्रकार इंसानों के पहनावे में अपडेट होना स्वाभाविक है,यही नियति है;क्योंकि परिवर्तन ही संसार का सार्वकालिक नियम है। इंसान अपना रहन सहन अपडेट कर लिया,पहले गुफाओं फिर झोपड़ियों और अब पक्के मकानो में रहता है। खानपान अपडेट हुआ, पहले इंसान पेड़ की पत्तियों,फलों और जड़ों को खाता था फिर धीरे-२ अनाज उगाकर खाने लगा; इस प्रकार परिवर्तन हमेशा होता आया है और आगे भी आने वाले समय में आता रहेगा।इस परिवर्तन को स्वीकारिए,नकारिए मत। हमें उम्मीद है कि आपको समझ आ गया होगा कि लड़कियां छोटे कपड़े क्यों पहनती हैं। छोटे कपड़े से रेप भावना को बढ़ावा नहीं मिलता, क्योंकि सभी विकसित देशों जैसे अमेरिका, न्यूजीलैंड,इग्लैंड,फ्रांस आदि देशों में लड़कियां सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर बिकिनी और छोटे कपड़े पहनकर घूमती हैं;जबकि वहाँ रेप प्रतिशत नाममात्र है।बलात्कार करने के पीछे छोटे कपड़ें नहीं बल्कि अन्य कई बातें उत्तरदायी हैं इस पर मैनें एक लेख लिखा है इसे आप हमारे ब्लाग पर पढ़ सकते हैं।
